Anand Deshpande - Founder & CEO
Anand Deshpande is Founder of Admaa Consulting. He has significant industry experience in the Manufacturing and Financial Services sector having used LEAN and Six Sigma to drive process improvements and improving operations performance. He has worked with Ford Motor Company, Dell International Services, Deutsche Bank Operations International and Philips India in frontline operational roles and Process Engineering functions. He completed his MBA from Hult Business School, Boston and Production Engineering from Mumbai University and has significant cross cultural experience in five countries (India, UK, Germany, US and Nigeria).
His experience in Manufacturing and Services Sector is summarized below:
• Improve processes using LEAN and Six sigma methodologies using tools like VSM, Skill matrix.
• Develop cost take-out strategies by TVM (Team Value Management) , Process Reengineering .
• Use BPM maps to identify waste.
• Mentored end-to-end LEAN improvement projects across geographies.
• Implement Ford Production System on the floor in the Dagenham engine plant (Implemented 5S , VSM ,Just-in-time , Jidoka & Visual Management ).
• Hands on experience in launching a new engine program on the floor and running current programs .
• Business Process Reengineering in Financial Services Industry.
Anand loves reading, driving sports cars, appreciating diverse music styles and is passionate about applying LEAN across all walks of human life.
Amitabha Chattopadhyay - Chief Operating Officer
Amitabha Chattopadhyay is a Continuous Improvement Expert having spent 20 years in Processing, Steel, Automotive, IT and ITES industries in his professional career. After completing his graduation and post graduation from Indian Statistical Institute, Amitabha also completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI. He is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt .
He has been the Quality head of a multinational Global Shared Services organization delivering primarily accounting and financial services. He led the implementation of a common Quality Management System across units spread over various countries in Europe, Asia and America
Earlier, Amitabha led the Lean Six Sigma Practice in a multinational IT Consulting and Software Products organization. He has trained more than 350 Black Belts, 2000 Green Belts and closed more than 175 improvement projects. He has provided process improvement consultation and training to organizations from various industries.
He loves interacting with people and is a passionate trainer.
Deepak Puligadda - Consultant Partner
Deepak Puligadda is an experienced shared services professional with over 15 years of experience in leading transformational projects, setting up and running Finance and HR shared services. He is widely acknowledged for operational excellence, driving large scale change and creating value for organizations.
Prior to becoming a Professional consultant, he worked at companies such as Siemens, General Electric and IBM at senior levels driving strategic initiatives and significantly contributed to the success of shared services.
He is a Chartered Accountant by profession, trained Master Black Belt and a Green Belt in Six Sigma. He is also a trained facilitator and Lean champion. He has represented his earlier employers at various industry forums such as SSON, NASSCOM, HRO Today etc. and is well connected with the leaders in the industry.

Shailesh Mehta – Mentor
Shailesh Mehta is founder of Rupeex.com which is India's leading site enabling retail customers to manage personal finances. Prior to founding RupeeX, he was responsible for Mergers and Acquisition at Wipro Technologies where he formulated companywide and business unit acquisition strategies, managed due diligence and evaluated target opportunities. Previously, Shailesh has worked with Washington Capital Partners and ICICI JP Morgan. He is a serial entrepreneur and has founded companies like IITIIM (a vibrant online community of IIT and IIM alumni) and Praman Technology Solutions (where he received two US Patents for developing a new technology for blood cell measurements). He has sixteen years of work experience. He earned a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from IIM Ahmedabad (1994) and a graduate degree in Engineering from IIT Bombay (1992). He is an avid reader and loves trekking.
