AADMAA consulting provides LEAN Six Sigma Training that is engaging, effective and experiential. Lean learning is not only about Tools, techniques and methodology, it is also about creating motivation to go back to the work environment and make a difference. Our LEAN training is interactive and aims at internalization of the concepts on the floor. This facilitates implementation of concepts learnt in the training program. We have experiential games and exercises that simulate the work environment with the objective of identifying and eliminating waste .We currently offer LEAN Six Sigma workshops in half-day and two-day formats. The training methodology is interactive and workshop based using simulation games to get a direct experience on application of Lean Six Sigma concepts as well as techniques & tools necessary to develop business excellence. Two workshop modules are offered; Introduction to Operational Excellence and Operational Excellence Deployment, for a more in depth understanding of application of OE.

Introduction to Operational Excellence - Half Day >
This workshop is designed to give a basic awareness of Lean Six Sigma concepts and how they could be applied to improve operational excellence. From this workshop participants will gain an understanding of:

Operational Excellence Deployment - Two Days >
The two day workshop is aimed to assist participants in appreciating the significance of the Operational Excellence Framework; through experiential learning - gain a deeper understanding of how Lean Six Sigma principles are applied, setting up performance management systems and practice of continual improvement. In this workshop participants will get insights on:
• Operational Excellence and evolution of TQM and Lean Six Sigma

• Seven wastes through experiential learning game
